New York, NY
The odd geometry of this structure created an opportunity for non-traditional planning and design of a New York law firm, as well as the creation of internal public spaces which acted as both circulation modules and comfortable meeting spaces. Traditional finishes were distilled down to their simplest elements to recreate the image of an English club environment. The project was finished for the value of work letter, inclusive of all construction costs, furniture, furnishings and fee.
